Civils Site Engineer

We specialize in a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, including hard landscaping, drainage, earthworks, utilities, paving, and highways. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Civils Site Engineer to manage and oversee external works on key projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage external works on site, including hard landscaping, drainage, utilities, and earthworks. * Set out and supervise the construction of works to ensure accurate levels and tolerances. * Interpret technical drawings and specifications, providing engineering expertise and advice. * Oversee subcontractors and site operatives to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. * Manage quality assurance processes, including inspection and testing, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. * Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery. * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built drawings. * Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to on site. Requirements: * Degree or HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or related discipline. * Extensive experience in external works, including drainage, paving, earthworks, and utilities. * Proficient in setting out using GPS, Total Stations, and AutoCAD. * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS preferred, or equivalent qualifications
