I’m currently working with a leading healthcare company seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join their growing team in Central Birmingham. With over a decade of industry experience, this company partners with major private healthcare organizations across the UK and internationally.The organization focuses on developing healthcare management software that enhances efficiency, productivity, and processes across key business areas. Their product suite has experienced rapid growth in the past five years, driving further investment and expansion of their development team.They are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll lead a team of 6-7 developers, participate in reviews, and act as a key technical mentor.Office Requirement: This role requires you to be in their Central Birmingham office twice a week.Technical Requirements:At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development.Minimum of 1 year leading a team of 3+ developers.Aspiration to lead larger teams in the future.Comfortable with a 70/30 split between leadership and hands-on coding.Key Skills: C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, Microservices, SQL, Azure.Desirable Skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Docker, Node.Js.Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.A natural leader passionate about coaching and improving team standards.Willing to contribute to and shape the technical direction of the team.Salary & Benefits:£85,000-£95,000UK-based applicants only (sponsorship not available)8% bonus scheme28 days holiday + bank holidaysContributory pensionPerk schemes and exclusive brand discountsIf this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please apply, and I’d be happy to discuss further!Contact: Sophie Ross | [email protected]
