Static Electrical Engineer
A leading FM company with contracts in Data Centres, high end office's, hospital and other commercial buildings currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Electrical Building Services Engineer based in London, working in a commercial building paid up to 40k Basic dependant on experience

As the Static Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be: -
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Electrical systems and assist with mechanical plant PPM's
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be assisting with breakdowns on all Mechanical plant Electrical systems
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be completing emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, BMS monitoring, ballast changes, small work installs
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will complete reactive electrical work and maintenance
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be first point of contact for the client on site
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 40K dependant on experience, + package and company benefits + 20 days holiday + bank holidays
Requirements for the Static Electrical Building Services Engineer: -
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all electrical systems
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer must have an NVQ/ City Guilds in Electrics level 2 with 18th edition
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on all electrical systems
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will work on site 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
- Static Electrical Building Services Engineer will be within easy access to London
