Electrical Inspector

The Electrical Inspector is essential in ensuring that all products align with the specified requirements, standards, and materials agreed upon with clients. You will work closely with various departments to guarantee that products are produced in accordance with relevant design specifications and data. Additionally, you will be responsible for approving compliant products and ensuring the necessary documentation is in place.

Key Responsibilities

General and Task Management

• Approve products based on validated design data, drawings, specifications, test plans, and supporting documentation from customers.
• Provide guidance and support within the organization regarding product compliance.
• Work independently or collaboratively to make the best use of inspection resources.
• Perform testing and inspections on electrical assemblies.
• Inspect composite mouldings.
• Document non-conforming products accurately to aid Quality Assurance Engineers.
• Understand and apply the FAIR process in line with AS9102 standards.

Self-Management

• Support and comply with HSE regulations, company policies, quality and environmental standards, and all organizational procedures.
• Actively promote a positive team environment.

Key Performance Measures

• First pass yield and number of parts inspected.
• Compliance with AS9100 and AS9102 standards.
• Achievement of departmental KPIs.
