Technical Manager - Residential Developer

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Technical Manager for a well-respected residential developer based in Plymouth.

The role will entail appointing and managing external consultants, checking their work and providing assistance to the other departments (advice to construction staff on site, information for sales brochures, details for the commercial team etc).

Applicants will need to have worked for a housebuilder / residential developer in a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator position, or as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator for a social housing contractor.
