Process Engineer

Owen Daniels are supporting a leading Manufacturing business in recruiting for a Process Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

M-F (8:00 - 17:00)
Salary: 35,000 p.a.
Location: Coventry

The Role:

• Support and Lead Continuous Improvement projects,
• driving out waste, reducing downtime
• Improving timescalees
• Design new systems, equipment and processes for the introduction of new products or the improvement of the existing ones, ensuring all documentation is relevant and up to date.
• Target inefficiencies quickly using problem solving techniques such as 5 whys, A3 and Root Cause Analysis.
• You will reduce workplace hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all Engineering Changes.

The Candidate:

As the successful candidate for the Process Engineer role, you will have the following:

-Minimun of 2+ years experience in a Process Engineering role within Manufacturing
-Excellent Communication & I.T Skills
