As the successful candidate, the majority of the projects you will be working on will be Midlands based with a value of up to £1m. My client works on a wide variety of projects and initially you will be working on predominantly schools, both new build & refurbs/remedials. You will be responsible for full financial control over your project along with responsibility for procurement, management of subcontractors, ensuring project runs on time & to budget, client meetings & liaison etc. This company offers a flexible, relaxedworking environment and the role itself would be hybrid with the abilityto work at least one day from home each week.
