Electrical Site Supervisor

Blackfield Associates is currently supporting a large construction service provider in their search for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their pharmaceutical client's project based in Oxford on an initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE practices.
• Expertise in Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures.
• Review and approve method statements, permits, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and turnover documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical and MEP works, ensuring adherence to project standards and schedules.
• Track and document project progress, addressing deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead system walkdowns, manage punch list closeouts, and witness commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with contractors and project teams, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (preferred).
• previous experience in electrical supervision on a pharmaceutical project.
