Senior Principal Designer

A Construction Consultancy who successfully provide numerous services are seeking a Senior Principal Designer to oversee a long-standing client portfolio and an exciting new re-development project. This will allow a varied day-to-day between services an existing line of projects and being able to put their stamp on a very exciting large-scale project. You will work with autonomy and plan your own schedule allowing a work-life balance. However, on average employees are in the office two times a week. The Senior Principal Designer Role As a Principal Designer you will work within the portfolio of clients, both long-standing and new work. There will be a team of CDM Advisors, Architects and Fire Risk Assessors to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction. The Successful Senior Principal Designer Will Have: Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction (required), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (required). Experience: At least 3 years of experience in CDM roles. Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What's In It for You?
