You’ll betaking the lead on the design and launch of new programmes for our customersand overseeing programmes that are already running. ATS Learning is looking for a Learning Programme Manager with a proven trackrecord of delivering results to take end to end ownership of the learning anddevelopment aspect of the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP). Theprogramme currently based in the UK trains Amazon drivers for both yard andover the road driving operations with further expansion planned in 2025. Key job responsibilities - Design and deliver training content - Launch programme content in the UK and EU - Launch new TAP clusters and maintain training in existing clusters - Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit - Support EU TAPIn House Shunting launches - Ensure compliance with industry best practice and local legislation - Engage with key internal stakeholders including Legal, PXT, WHS,Operations, ACES, CFSC Learning teams and TAP Leadership - Use data to inform decision making and quantify impact to costs, learningexperience and safety - Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programmedevelopments A day in the life As a learning programme manager you’ll hit the ground running and takeownership of the learning and development of drivers on the TAP programme.You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop scalable and costeffective solutions that meet operational requirements and develop ourdrivers. You’ll work closely with TAP operations and the drivers in eachcluster in our Amazon Warehouses as well as the senior leadership team andother support teams. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Degree or relevant industry experience - Relevant experience managing multiple stakeholders - Relevant experience leading projects in a fast paced environment - Relevant experience in a learning or transport operations role - Strong IT Skills including high levels of competence in MS Excel - Excellent data analytics and root cause analysis skills ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Basic project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or similar - Experience in a driver training role - An additional language such as Italian, Spanish, German or French Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
