This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work at the transistor, cell, or block level, where you will translate design requirements into verified solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mixed-signal ICs. Conduct rigorous design verification and capture evidence. Adhere to design processes to ensure accuracy and successful project outcomes. Validate designs from manufactured samples and prepare comprehensive technical documentation. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. Skills and Experience: The new Senior/Principal IC Design Engineer will have: Proven experience in IC Design, preferably with CMOS Readout ICs or imaging devices. Strong Analog/Mixed-Signal or Digital IC design skills. Experience in designing block-level components from scratch. Proficiency with Cadence IC design tools. A background in leading small projects or teams. Familiarity with the full ROIC design flow, from block to chip level.
