Job title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Foot Mobile Zones (1&2) London Terms: M-F, 8-5 Salary/rate: Salary is paying £45,000-£46,000 + overtime and training available. Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below - NVQ Electrical Level 2/3 City & Guilds level 2/3 18th Edition 2391 - desired About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work as a Foot Mobile Engineer covering commercial contract Zones (1&2). This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their team. About the role: The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance. Responsibilities: PPM's & reactive maintenance. Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance. You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc. - Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Maintenance Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc) Ensuring log books are kept up to date This is an M&E contract, so therefore there will be very little plumbing and fabric work Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer The ideal candidate has bundles of experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry Strong building services backgroun Happy to cover multiple sites on foot and using public transport.
