Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are currently looking for an experience Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our client in Poole. Continuous Improvement Engineer Poole £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience Monday to Thursday 9am to3:30pm, Friday 9am to 12:30pm – 37.5 hours per week Permanent Our award winning manufacturing client are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team in Poole. Keeping down time and line cut off to a minimum Lead the introduction of new products Participate in cost reduction exercises and introduce new processes, techniques and tooling Provide training Analyse and plan workflow, space requirements and equipment placement to maximise manufacturing efficiency Basic electrical knowledge for wiring and routing What we are looking for in the Continuous Improvement Engineer? Strong mechanical assembly experience HNC/Degree in Mechanical engineering Previous experience in a similar role Basic electrical knowledge 2D/3D Solidworks or Inventor experience is desired Working knowledge of Lean of Six Sigma is desired Does this sound like your next role?
