The Role
Fujifilm Healthcare UK is looking for a Level 1 Engineer to be the first point of contact for all our customer service calls and to provide remote support to resolve customer queries over the phone. The successful candidate will ensure that customer service levels are met at all times and will provide support to our Field Service Engineers.
Person Requirements
Educated to A-Level or BTEC level, ideally in an Engineering discipline, Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
Engineering experience desirable. Electrical/Mechanical preferred (must have either Engineering experience or education as a minimum).
Desire to increase engineering knowledge
Adaptable and flexible and be motivated to learn new tasks and processes quickly.
Customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills – telephone, verbal and written
Good interpersonal skills. Someone who is able to identify and manage customer anxiety, especially in remote scenarios
Salesforce/Service Cloud experience would be a distinct advantage
Full UK driving licence
