Senior/Lead Mechanical Project Manager – (CONSTRUCTION JOB)
Central London & Basildon
£90,000pa + Travel/Car, Pension, Healthcare and more
One of the fastest growing Regional MEP Subcontractors in the UK are looking to bolster their Project Management Team by appointing a Lead PM. We are focussed here on finding someone who is Mechanically biased, and has plenty of onsite experience before progressing into a Project Manager.
In the short term you will be responsible for running your own project, likely a Commercial New Build or Healthcare Project, whilst also managing a handful of PM’s to deliver their projects alongside your own.
Everything is in place already for you to succeed and thrive in this business. They have an excellent commercial and Pre Construction team, with their approach to delivery meaning that once on site, projects tend to progress with far less issues cropping up and ensuring a better chance of successful delivery on schedule.
Their Head Office is near Basildon, and your time will be split between there and sites in Central London. The long term opportunity is great – there is a clear route to Director that has been set out and will be explained at interview so you can see what the whole opportunity looks like.
