Senior Data Engineer

Data Engineer Opportunity – Global Asset Management Firm Join a leading asset management firm’s Data Office team, contributing to the future of financial services. As a Data Engineer, you'll work with talented professionals to build and maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and accessible. Responsibilities: Extract, transform, and load data into a modern data lakehouse. Develop and maintain data pipelines using DBT, Spark, AWS Glue, and Airflow. Create data marts and cubes for business intelligence. Automate data quality checks to ensure data accuracy. Preferred Experience: 3+ years in data engineering with strong Python and SQL skills. Knowledge of lakehouse architectures (Dremio, Snowflake, Iceberg, PySpark). Familiarity with AWS services (S3, ECS, EC2/Fargate) is a plus. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of financial markets.
