Mechanical Engineer Salary: £48,000 + £4,000 shift bonus Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights Location: London You’ll Get: Free Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner To work on a truly iconic project As a mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for the ppm’s and reactive maintenance on a large commercial office based in Kings Cross. Your Responsibilities: Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with mechanical core competence. Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include AHU, FCU, Plant Room, Pressurised Systems and other small electrical work. Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems. Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment. Fault finding on building services equipment. Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required. Knowledge of water hygiene. Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.  Essential Experience: 5+ years experience in a similar building environment Mechanical biased.
