About the role As a Network Support Engineer, you will be required to provide and promote a professional, high quality, customer focused service to our clients and partners, ensuring industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for supporting all client Network environment ensuring support is provided within a timely manner. Act as first escalation point for customers and internal departments. What will you bring? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence to work and communicate across a variety of audiences in a professional manner. Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize and multi-task. Attention to detail and getting it right first time. Being able to work as part of a team. Ability to work pro-actively and to tight deadlines. Knowledge and experience in working in an ITIL environment. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of network principles in a support environment Working knowledge and accreditation for Juniper, Cisco or Fortinet IP Addressing & DHCP BGP, OSPF, NAT & PAT Routing & Switching QOS implementation and troubleshooting IPSec VPN configuration & management MPLS & SD WAN knowledge Tools – LogicMonitor, Observium, PRTG & Solarwinds What can we offer you?
