Chinese-Speaking Intern Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Support various tasks for AGV/AMR products. Maintain the robotics showroom and test room to ensure they are state-of-the-art for product demonstrations, customer visits, and internal testing.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to Europe technical issues, leveraging the expertise of professional technical engineers to benefit our European clients.
• Ensure smooth product operation through proactive support and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to streamline technical support processes.
• Create product materials to enhance customer understanding and usability. Participate in the development of local European projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Background: Open to all majors, but candidates with an engineering or robotics background are preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work Schedule: Full-time interns are preferred, offering the opportunity to fully immerse in the role and gain comprehensive experience.
