Electrician

Electrician Temporary housing, offices, commercial buildings, libraries, museums, parks, car parks, public toilets etc. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out Planned and Reactive Maintenance tasks including PAT, Electrical Condition Reports (fixed wiring), Emergency Lighting testing and Fire Alarm Testing * Involvement in maintenance of UPS, Generators and servicing including load tests * Electrical test and inspection. * Full domestic electrical rewiring. * Electrical installation to kitchens and bathrooms. * Electrical installation of domestic heating system. * Diagnosing jobs thoroughly, identifying necessary materials, and coordinating with other trades for project completion. Skills and Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Preferred). * 18th Edition qualification (Desirable). * 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Essential). * PASMA/IPAF (Preferred) * Working Knowledge of Mechanical Systems * Working knowledge of Legionella * Minimum of 3 years' experience working in an electrical maintenance/building environment.
