Multi-Skilled Engineer Salary - £40,000 Monday – Friday - Days (40 Hours) Greater Manchester An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious FMCG company. My client is looking for individuals who share our values to come and join our team. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be key in ensuring the consistent smooth running of factory machinery including planned maintenance and reactive repairs, along with continually looking for ways to improve future processes. Multi-Skilled Engineer Skills, Experience, and education required: * Experience as a Multi-skilled Engineer / Technician. * Experience within a Food Manufacturing environment (Desirable) * Good problem-solving mindset * Ability to work under pressure * Comfortable working alone * Flexibility to meet the needs of production * Take the lead on any installations managing any outside contractors Multi-Skilled Engineer Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, your role will include: * Performing reactive breakdown repairs. * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance * Recording all documentation accurately and on time. * Improving equipment reliability, stamping out recurring faults. * Ensuring “audit ready” records are kept. * Ensure the site is kept to a high level of health and safety * Manage engineering budget to help keep costs to a nominal level Keywords Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Multi-skilled Technician, Multiskilled Engineer
