Senior Infrastructure and Security Engineer £40,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience + benefits Stafford / Hybrid Full Time / Permanent The Role and Company My client, a small but well established business who are embarking on an existing period of change and transformation, is looking for a driven Infrastructure and Security Engineer to join their close-knit internal IT team. As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will have the opportunity to influence the on-going development of the IT function and play a key role in transforming the core business applications landscape to better serve customers and provide a platform for future growth and improved service. You will work closely with other members of the internal IT team specialising in infrastructure, applications and data analytics as well as third party service providers and to continue to develop use of SaaS in Azure cloud. This role would suit a progressive Infrastructure Engineer with a strong interest in Cyber Security who is looking to progress into a more senior position. Key Skills and Experience required Proven experience in a similar Infrastructure Engineer position Desktop, server, network and security environment knowledge and understanding Good working knowledge of MS Azure Windows Technologies - Server 2012, VMware, Firewalls, Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting MS 365 administration, email and SharePoint services Strong interest and knowledge of Cyber Security including; Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing & Mitigation Experience working in a highly regulated environment is also preferred Please apply via the link or contact (url removed) for more information.
