My client is looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer to support their operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Shift Pattern: Double Days Work a balanced shift pattern that allows you to maintain a great work-life balance while contributing to cutting-edge production processes. Experience Required Injection Moulding Expertise: Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of injection moulding machinery is essential. Previous Experience: Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Qualifications Required Minimum Level 3 Qualification: An NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics is required. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with 17th/18th Edition Electrical Regulations is a must. Key Responsibilities Routine Servicing: Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on injection moulding machines, IML robots, and associated equipment. Fault Diagnosis: Attend to breakdowns, identify faults, and solve problems swiftly to reduce production downtime. Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations. Continuous Improvement: Be involved in improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Safety First: Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring personal protective equipment is available and used correctly.
