Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Quality Engineer to join our client team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, familiarity with HACCP principles, and a commitment to quality assurance, also should be familiar with various inspection techniques, have an in-depth understanding of technical drawings and our internal systems identifying issues, recommending solutions and have a great attention to detail. The Production Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance production capabilities and maintain high standards of product quality. Responsibilities * Analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. * 1st off inspection * Batch inspection * Final inspection * Roaming inspection * Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Improvement ideas * Training * Liaising with Engineer department regarding quality and improvement idea. * Health & safety requirements within your role * Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance. * Assist in the design and implementation of new production systems or modifications to existing systems. * Prepare detailed reports on production performance, including metrics related to efficiency, waste reduction, and quality control. Qualifications * A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a production quality engineering role or similar environment is advantageous. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. * Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies is essential. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. * Proficiency in using engineering software tools for analysis and reporting.
