Mobile Maintenance Electrician

We are recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician to provide PPM and reactive services to sites in the Greater Manchester area. You will be expected to have good knowledge of FM disciplines and building services on commercial estates etc. Permanent position paying 39k basic plus overtime. Mon-Fri days c40 hours per week. Van supplied with personal use. On-call 1 in 7. Flexibility with start/finish times Maintenance Electrician Description: ·        To ensure that all critical PPM’s are carried out on site and carry out reactive work at the request of the end user, ensuring that this is in line with SLA’s ·        To ensure the correct H&S procedure is observed ·        To provide Electrical H&S and compliance engineering on each facility ·        To undertake minor installation works such as lighting and small power installations ·        To undertake electrical works on the power supply, lighting, power generation, HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc ·        Working on commercial grade facilities, offices, retail and warehouses ·        To support with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines including fabric, compliance, basic mechanical etc. Skills & Background Required: Recognised professional apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 3 Grade (or Part 1 and 2 C&G) 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations, H&S Focused with training to support Ability to deal with conflicting priorities Proven building maintenance experience Must be presentable and reliable Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally Valid driving license Possible DBS check required If you are interested in applying for this role, please click the APPLY button now.
