Your new role Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• A static role overseeing all electrical maintenance work across a high-profile commercial site in London.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical and building services equipment.
• General maintenance duties as and when required emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.

What you'll need to succeed

• To work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
• Any relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G 18th Edition or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
