Are you a passionate React Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a talented front-end expert who is proficient in React.js and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be hands on, leading the development of our front end applications. The successful candidate would be expected to come to our office in Moorgate twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with other engineers, product and business stakeholders to create seamless and interactive user experiences for colleagues and customers
- Write clean, maintainable code, and perform code reviews to ensure the highest quality
- Optimise application performance and ensure responsiveness across all platforms and devices
- Guide other engineers, sharing your expertise and best practices in React.js
Essential:
- 5+ years of experience in front end development, 3+ years in React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end tools like Webpack and Babel.
- Solid understanding of React concepts like hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and component lifecycles.
- Experience with TypeScript, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Github) and CI/CD pipelines.
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for building high-quality, responsive web applications.
Useful:
- Some experience in building mobile applications with React Native
- Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or other server-side rendering technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Postgres RDS
