In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of your team by ensuring fast-paced delivery, implementing best engineering practices, and developing strategic initiatives. You’ll also focus on fostering growth and excellence, both at the individual and team levels. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage one of the company’s engineering teams, ensuring fast-paced delivery and high-quality output. Implement best engineering practices to drive continuous improvement and success. Shape strategic direction while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Develop, mentor, and support team members to help them reach their full potential, ensuring a high-performing team culture. Ideal Experience Software Engineering Background Have successful track record of managing one or multiple teams Working in a start up / scale up environment Why Join?
