Job DescriptionRole Title: Wintel Desktop EngineerDuration: contract to run until 21/10/2026Location: Remote but occasional travel to Wokingham, WarwickRate: up to £567p/d Umbrella Inside IR35Eligibility for SC clearance is required for this roleRole purpose / summaryOur client is looking for a Wintel Desktop Engineer to join the team!Key Skills/ requirementsSitting within their Critical National Infrastructure team - BAU tasks may include routine tasks such as:Infrastructure managementNetwork monitoringSoftware patchingHardware driver updatesTroubleshooting - working a problem to its eventual resolution - also falls under this remit.There is also a CNI Tech refresh discovery project which these resources will also be assisting with redemation to proactively optimize the estate for greater efficiency, resilience, and long-term value.All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
