Electrical Project Manager- CTC Clearance

We are working with a well respected M&E contractor with a strong presence across sectors who are looking for an electrical project manager to work on a government building refurb and upgrade scheme. Due to the sensitivity of the project the succesful candidate must have CTC government clearance; As electrical project manager you will report to an MEP project director and act as the electrical lead to lead the install of the relevant packes across the £4m M&E package from a technical and management perspective to PC. • Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management. • Health & Safety management • Attending internal CVR/progress meetings • Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings. • Preparation of method statements and risk assessments. • Management and briefing of personnel. • Resolving installation and access issues. • Completion and submission of as-installed documentation. • Programme and project planning. The company in question have a busy order book of projects across sectors for the coming years, with a very experienced and well connected senior leadership team of people who have market leaders to push the growth of this medium sized contractor over the coming years
