Lead C++ Developer / Lead Developer / Tech Lead / Development Manager £120,000-£160,000 + Bonus We are looking for a Lead C++ Developer with experience of line managing a team of engineers. This C++ Developer will remain hands-on with production code written in C++ as well as leading a small team of senior engineers (4 developers). The company are a Brokerage Financial Technology firm, operating in Fixed Incomes, Swaps, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange trades/trading. 3-4 days in Canary Wharf, the rest WFH £120,000-£160,000 base salary Serious Annual Bonuses ⚙️ C++, Front Office based technologies, SQL, some JavaScript/UI work in places The skills you will have as a C++ Developer / Development Manager: Excellent C++ (11/14/17/20/23) Low latency design Performance tuning and analysis The ability to solve new and unfamiliar problems quickly and creatively An efficient and diligent approach with a strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills An Interest in trading and finance Things we would like to see but are not essential: Knowledge of financial markets & securities (particularly futures and options) Experience in the other programming languages: Python, JavaScript Experience with NoSQL and time-series databases Knowledge of multiple derivative exchange platforms If you are a seasoned C++ developer with expertise in C++ and experience of management, please get in touch today and apply now!
