Would you like to work for a leading Telecoms provider within the South coast area? This is a well renowned company, that have been trading for over 30 years, are currently on the hunt for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to get your hands on a variety of different technologies, allowing you to further diversify your skillset! This company has a tight knit, family feel and will always look to promote internally first. Meaning there are plenty of opportunities for progression within this role. Responsibilities: Act as an escalation point on tickets and issues, to the 1st line support desk Assist with technical solution design Plan and implement customer projects Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Maintain documentation via ticketing system and sharing knowledge with colleagues Experience Required: Networking Experience - Routing/Switching/Firewalls - Configuring Windows Server Experience IT Support Experience Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Based on Experience This role is based 5 days a week on site in Wimborne.
